Yes, I know, I have disappeared from the blogging world and to be quite honest it was a nice little break. well break isn't exactly what I would call it. We have been quite busy traveling to Alaska on a cruise then spent a few days in Seattle, I visited my sis in Wisconsin, Jared helped his brother move to Oklahoma, 2 cabin trips, camping, repainting, reorganizing and redecorating our house (can we say nesting?!?!) and cooking this little bean in my belly! We just got back from the cabin on Sunday, watched my 5 awesome nephews for a few days and now husband just left for a motorcycle ride through california with his dad.
And for a nice little side note: husband is strongly convinced that this little buddy of ours will not drastically change our life. whatsoever. ;) ...............................
i cant wait to see the look on his face when he finds out how wrong he is.
So here is some of what we have been up to for the past few months
At the Beoing Aircraft Museum in Seattle

saw the needle and took a duck tour
there is a cruel story behind this sea plan ride. and i will tell it to you.
It was the end of a VERY long day of site-seeing and i was hungry and tired and trying to play the pregnancy card, but Mikey really wanted to go on the seaplane tour. I was fully content in taking a nap in the car while they sea planed their hearts out. I really don't care for small planes and I am convinced once you've seen the aerial view of one city, you've seen them all. So I cozied up in the back seat while they all went inside to schedule a ride and the next thing i know they are all swinging open the car doors in excitement yelling that there is a celebrity that just took off in one of the planes and will be landing shortly and if I go with them on the plane ride I most likely will see this special person!
needless to say i was out of the car and patiently waiting on the dock for the plane to land before they could even finish the above sentence.
after an hour of waiting, our plane arrived and took us on our ride before we even got to see the other plane land. And in the end when our ride was over, I was still tired, hungry and now upset that i missed out on a perfectly good celebrity sighting! ;) (however i did end up enjoying the ride after all)
I am still convinced to this day there actually was no celebrity and it was all a part of their plan to get me on that teeny tiny plane!
We rode scooters in Victoria

We took a helicopter ride to a glacier!
